How We Produce Glitter DTF Printing (Our Production Process)
In our workshop, we use an advanced Glitter DTF printing system that adds a unique sparkle and premium finish to every design. Unlike standard prints, glitter DTF creates a shiny, eye-catching, and reflective surface that stands out on fabric.
✨ 1. Design Preparation
First, we prepare the customer’s design in high resolution.
We optimize colors for printing quality
We preserve fine details for sharp results
We adjust contrast to enhance the glitter effect
🖨️ 2. Printing on Special Glitter Film
The design is printed onto a glitter-coated PET film instead of a standard transfer film.
This special surface naturally adds a sparkling effect that becomes visible under light.
🧪 3. Adhesive Powder Application
While the print is still wet, we apply a special hot-melt adhesive powder.
Excess powder is carefully removed
Only the necessary areas are left coated for proper bonding
🔥 4. Curing Process
The powdered film is cured in a heating oven at approximately 120–160°C.
The powder melts and bonds with the ink
This step prepares the design for heat transfer
👕 5. Heat Press Application
The finished glitter transfer is placed onto the garment and pressed:
Temperature: 150–160°C
Time: 10–15 seconds
Medium to high pressure is applied
This ensures strong adhesion to the fabric.
❄️ 6. Cooling & Peeling
Depending on the film type, we use a cool peel process.
The film is removed after it has fully cooled, ensuring a smooth and clean finish.
💎 7. Final Press
A final short press of 5–10 seconds is applied to:
Increase durability
Improve wash resistance
Give a more professional finish
